Metrics-based management
With the CRISAM® KPI Report Pack you can expand your CRISAM®-based information security management system to the possibility of exporting meaningful Key Performance Indicators in Excel file format. For instance, by utilizing a quarterly export, you can make optimal presentations to your management of the ongoing changes and improvements in your ISMS over time.
Another possible application is to further integrate the data into a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) or in to an enterprise-wide management information system. For this purpose, a standardized output format of key/value pairs is provided.
Reporting
The report contains on one hand CRISAM® specific metrics and on the other hand key metrics from the selected standards and norms such as COBIT and ISO 27001.
