This Report Pack allows the collected IT service results to be presented in relation to a business process and thus it optimally supports the Service Level Management Process. It also includes the "Business IT Service Report" and "Service Level Requirements" reports.

IT services agreement with CRISAM®

The rating index of CRISAM® delivers an objective measure, which enables the quality of Service actions to be specified and verified in a readily comprehensible manner. Thus, the target quality of an IT service, including all cause & effect rela-tionships of the necessary IT infrastructure, can be planned, implemented and practised. Compliance with the agreed level of service quality is documented through regular reporting to the service users. Using this reporting method, the service users can proactively as well as performing annual audits to check the reliability of the reports given.

 

Reporting

The reports provide to both the User and the Supplier the required information in a compact form, such as target values from the Business Impact Analysis, Actual Status from the Risk Analysis, service type, etc
